CUSTOMER RETURN / REPLACEMENT POLICY
Our policy lasts 2 days. If 2 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a return, refund or replacement. For returning a product you need to either call our customer care on 7897854286 or mail us at arzsecommerece@gmail.com along with photo copy of product and product purchase receipt.
Our courier partner will pick up the return package in 2 - 5 business days from the date the request was placed. The payment will be transferred to your bank account within 48 hours. The refund takes between 3 to 5 working days to reflect in your account. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
* Item in its original condition and as per your order requirement in that case the courier charges will be deducted from you and remaining amount will be transferred to your bank account.
* Product/item must also be in the original packaging and not damaged or used.
* If it is found that Product/item will not be in its original packaging, original condition, damaged, used or you send us any item/product other than that we are not send to you then in that case we will not provide any refund to you.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will email/call to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund after inspection by return team. If your request is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 48 hours.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you have not received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take generally 3 – 5 days to reflect in your account.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We accept replacement only if items or products are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at arzsecommerece@gmail.com
